Norko Travel
has provided me with excellent and friendly service for many years now.
As a Concordia University professor, I travel extensively in
Europe for research and to attend conferences, and Norko has
always done a first-class job of booking flights and hotels for me. I
think what sets Norko apart is the professionalism of their
staff combined with warm and friendly service. It is no exaggeration to
say that when I travel I feel that should anything go wrong,
the people at Norko would be there for me - not because they
have to, but because they want to. Their professionalism is born of a
deep knowledge of the travel industry and, indeed, of the
complicated world in which we live. Foreign airports and cities are not
just abstract concepts to them; they actually know many of the places
to which I travel. It is that kind of service that puts Norko
in a class of its own.

As an independent minded (and paranoid about getting ripped off) kind
of guy. I was very happy to find that not only did Arif find exactly
the flights I wanted on a 3 month trip to the U.K., India and
Australia, including internal flights. he did it for less than I could.
As I was trying to co-ordinate meeting up and traveling in India with
relatives from Australia, I was having great difficulty getting decent
prices and the flights I needed. Arif made it look easy, which of
course only means he has a better internet connection - yeah right!
Thanks so much Arif you were great.

Norko travel provides some of the best travel advice in the
field. I am one of those travelers who prefers the DIY style of making travel
arrangements but when I need solid advice I turn to Norko. They
are patient, helpful, and go out of their way to find solutions to

I have used Norko on many occasions over the last fifteen
years, and they are the gold standard. Recently, because of a death in
the family, we were required to change return travel plans at
the height of the tourist season and with the Toronto G20 meetings
making airline seats scarce. Norko handled this expertly and
sensitively, coming in to the office on a statutory holiday and
resolving all our problems quickly and effectively. Mr. Khan and his
staff are true professionals, expert in dealing with all challenges. I
recommend them unconditionally.

years, both for professional and personal travel. Most of my
travels have been overseas, taking me to all continents, as well as my

I have been using Norko Travels for three years. I switched to Norko
Travels because their service was so much better. Mr. Arif Ali Khan
helped me with arrangements for my father's visit that demanded more
